Anyone have a recommendation for a laptop capable of running 3 VMs?

    Laptop for VMs

Virtual Machines also known as a product in the trade as VMWare.

Ability to run several isolated instances of a virtual windows or Linux OS on one physical machine. It is an awesome tool.

To the OP: Something big, fast, and with a buncha RAM.

Depends on what you're using the VMs for. Could you share some more details?

I'm a little disappointed it's not vibrating mouse. 3 of those would have been an interesting topic of conversation.

    I'm with ya.

Much better than the chest beating going on in the Trump thread.

I am guessing you don't want to carry a server around.

Dell Precision models may work for you. Look at the specs required for what you are running and check out the Dell site.

biggest problem is, lots of laptops just aren't configured (beyond memory/processor issues) to handle multiple VMs efficiently. nevermind drive speeds and interfaces.

may I ask, why is the task you feel requires a laptop for VMs?
