Hopefully this PODS meets the same fate as the other PODS that got pardoned. Other guy lasted what a week before someone upped their cred by popping him.
Outside of the Police and some prosecutors I doubt anyone cares about the victims today. Everything is always about the poor offender. What caused him to commit his crimes is he treated well while incarcerated, yada, yada, yada. I really think the victims get lost in all this.
