    Synopsis ... Decent human (son of Seattle PD cop) walking in park sees someone burglarizing his car. Ultimately, he ends up standing in front of BadGuy's car. Shots were fired, decent human run over & dead. BadGuy in the wind.

    Gordon Graham, the L/E liability guy, has a line about he who has the most lug nuts winning. IF it is as reported, it may not have been the best option.

    Depends on how it happened. I can see myself hosing a car if I don't have any decent way of getting out of the way quick, but it's a pretty last ditch effort at that point. Might have had his hand forced somehow.

    In motorcycling I use the term "dead right" to describe a situation where you could could easily be killed by someone not noticing or caring (accidentally or otherwise) that you are doing something that is completely right, proper and legal on the roadway.
