So Mike checked them out at Shot and he thinks that they are ok for the money, but to keep their 1-6 VCOG in mind which is a grand more we would recommend other options that are slightly less like the Burris XTR II 1-8 (much cheaper but excellent for the price) or Vortex Razor Gen II 1-6 (Great overall, very durable but slightly heavy) or slightly more for the fantastic Kahles K16i 1-6x24 SM1 (Best overall LPV IMO and the price dropped to just $1,999)

Got to check one out, nice clear glass but the eye relief did not seem as nice and forgiving as the old 1-4s. But I don't have much experience with 1-8s. I would much rather run the razor II 1-6.

Absolutely! Unfortunately I'm not an SME on the subject and there's no way I'll gain the knowledge he has in Long Range, PRS or hunting. I do my best to answer inquiries via PM or over the phone and if I don't have the answer I'll ask Mike when it's beyond my scope. (Pun intended) It's much easier to be brutally honest and seem like less of a salesman, especially when optics can be a complex topic and our opinion isn't always the popular one. Mike did YouTube and written reviews previously, had triple the staff (there's two of us now) and more time.
