Ever considered any of the Evergoods packs? https://evergoods.us/collections/packs
I have a CPL24 that I am very happy with. Also prominently displayed in the new Lucky Gunner video about backpack guns: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cq9AV0LAMdk&t=1152s

On the "sling bag" side of things, had need for a small "fanny pack" type of bag twice in one weekend, so came home and got one of these. Haven't carried it yet but seems legit so far.

I really like my Mystery Ranch Hip Monkey for this.

Appropos of nothing, my son ordered a camera bag from Peak Designs and I have to say their attention to detail, fabrics, zippers, pockets etc is absolutely first rate! I could just fondle the thing for quite some time. I have never been so impressed with a bag.

If my rattler ever arrives, Iíve thought camera back packs could make a great choice. Been looking at Thule too.

I love Peak Designs Slide straps, as a way to support a serious pro-level camera/lens combo. I have several, and have been using the oldest of them regularly since at least 2015. I am less sure, however, of the durability of their sling bags and back packs, as some users have reported problems at such sites as the forums at Digital Photography Review.

Think Tank does make some very durable packs and cases, for photographers.

My bag junkie kid who has much better taste than me said that if you arenít a camera nerd you are better off with a Nomatic bag.

Their Travel Pack 20-30l looks intriguing. I need a pack that will convert to a belt and their removable belt is pretty killer.

But the Tom Bihn sits unused while the CamelBak still gets the nod daily.

The Nomatic Travel Pack just went $100 off and is bundled with the $25 waist strap today. Ordered one.

    Looks like today only.
