    Hmm,

Personal life - if you wanna make God laugh, tell him your plans. Wife is having twins in March, I was pretty content with our only child. It's all good, I get to have a boy - and another daughter!

Work - almost everything works out and either way, it will be ok, no need to stress over stuff (running my own small business).

Shooting - how to suck a little less? Putting in real, focused practice is where gains are made - far, far better than just doing random/repetitive shooting related stuff. Oh and red dots are super easy for people with sucky astigmatisms/eyesight.
The stupidity of some people never ceases to amaze me.

    Humbly improving with CZ's.

    You get older.
    Your "heroes" get older.
They die. In waves. And it reminds you even more, that you're getting older.

    What I learned this year.....

Sensationalism Trumps (pun intended) a lot.
I shouldn't test ride new motorcycles just to "see" without being ready to buy.
It is truly not the arrow, but the Indian.
I make a decent minister (married my friend and his wife this year).
Not sure if it's specific to this year, but had a major awareness this year of.... appreciate the moment and all that the "now" offers. It won't be there for long.

    ......oh yeah, fuck cancer too!

When you have a shooting issue, be brutally honest with yourself, get maniacally scientific on isolating the issue, create drills that force you to address the issue, then run them until you successfully address the issue. Many short sessions working on it are far better than a single long session. Rotate to different drills if you aren't making progress then come back to it. Sometimes the mind and body needs time to heal/gel/regroup.

The road to the White House is a strange and meandering highway. Can a Kardashian be far behind?

Perhaps the next President Kennedy will be...

    Kennedy!

Oh, MTV, what have you wrought???

I learned that Vickers invented the Gadget and is a liar.
Jesus paid a debt he did not owe,
Because I owed a debt I could not pay.

I hate liars. (Sorry...I had to get that off my chest.)

I learned I just don't get along with bosses, so I decided to quit trying.
