For anyone interested I discovered a fairly inexpensive way to connect an older Chrony brand chronograph to an Android smartphone using a cable hack. One of my beefs with my Chrony Beta model is the lack of a remote screen and not being able to read data from it while shooting very easily. This solves that issue and allows me to view the data and email it to myself. Newer chronographs are starting to use bluetooth for this purpose. Posted on M4C:
