Do you think the backstrap could be secured using the original method if you tried this on a full size using the M2.0 compact 15 round magazines? Nice work.

I would say probably not, because the pin is tapered (I think). My plan is to cut the pin off and push it up in past the bottom and fill the cavity with glue. But would probably have to see how much shorter they are going to be.

I didn't put a bunch of thought into this, this pistol was a police trade in I bought, and when I started to put all of the Apex stuff on it I was planning I decided I could get another new pistol at the time for $400 and that would be a better host for the $400 worth of stuff I was about to throw at it. So this one is spare and I figured WTH.

I experimented with ways of turning the JB Weld black, then one day I realized it WAS black. Now I have to get it finished, but now it will not be the new hotness anymore. Oh Well...
