    Best thread ever! I live in a little neighborhood nestled behind a steep hill called a hogback. Great little ruck to climb it, and not a bad view to throw up a dipole and cruise the amateur bands.

    There is some of the best country in the world within 20 minutes, but I only live in the low foothills. Wife wouldn't be happy too far from a Costco, and I'm not exactly miserable with this compromise.
