Looking at the gel test, I'd say that this thing would work great on ground hogs and jack rabbits. Might be a decent anti-coyote round (for the smaller ones out west--maybe not so much the eastern ones).
Using this on a 300 pound guy who looks like a defensive tackle? You probably better hope for a psychological stop, but it might just leave him pretty ticked off at you.
If you shot him with one and he ever found out about it, he might beat you pretty severely.
