Completely understand but I think its one of those questions that there is no way it could be taken in a polite way. Funny thing is, my wife and I had a long conversation about loaded questions the other day. My son was born early and isn't a big baby by any means, so people constantly ask us "why is he so small" or "how old is he, he doesn't look very big!". While I know that don't mean anything by it, it comes off as "are you doing enough to feed your baby". Loaded comments and questions are a complicated thing
