I won't argue that it's better than the original (Moore's version really comes alive in his live performances), but Nightwish's cover is also worth checking out.

Loves me some Vivaldi. Most of it feels light and airy and it makes a nice change from the denser, heavier stuff I normally listen to regardless of genre.
