I was sorely tempted but truth to tell, I have a 2001 version Express and have never had a hiccup with it so I'd be upgrading with no real use for a second shotgun (which I only train with a few times a year as it is).

I've got a Surefire DSF-870 forend / light setup and an old Blackhawk Swift Sling on the Express.

There's nothing civil about this war.

I'm hoping my "like new" doesn't need more than a cleaning and a spring.
And a light. And a tube extension. And ghost ring. And side saddle. And......

Took the 870P out skeet shooting yesterday. First time shooting it.
It was as comical as it sounds. Mostly because of the shooter.
Managed to kill a few clay pigeons and not bruise my shoulder (much).
Verrry happy with the purchase. Thanks again to the OP.

Not super cheap but with the case and Surefire light it's not a bad deal.

How good of a deal is that? I don't know anything about shotguns.

Decent a new 870P would cost that and you are getting a surefire foreend, a case and a sling - I would ditch the Knox stock for a standard stock like a Speedfeed or a Magpul.

I guess it doesn't matter since they only sell to MIL/LE.

Some more came up. A couple variations. Says "FFL purchase only."

If anyone gets a line on some decent department trade-ins please let us know. I still haven't stopped kicking myself in the ass for missing out on this.
