Ran it cold this morning with a Colt Gov't Model in .45acp tuned by SDM Fabricating. Time was 10.05 clean.

Real good drill, give it a run.

Ran it a few times last night. Very fun. Fastest time was a 10.04. Slowest was a 12.00 with a malfunction. I would say Ken's times need to be adjusted down a little. Also, I really need to respring my mags.

The BFM drill appears to allow the entire IDPA head box for the FAST-ish portion rather than the usual 3x5, yes?

I wasn't clear on that point. I used the USPSA upper A.

I just saw that video a couple days ago, looks like a fun setup.

Is this to be done with only a 7+1 to force a slide lock reload? I'm assuming loading a pistol to 15 or 17 rounds is not the way to do it?
