When you get darn spiffy at drills like this one and the FAST, you might considering working in longer distances and multiple targets. In the early days of PF, virtually every drill involved one target at 7 yards. Shortly after shooting my first sub 4 FAST, I first set up an accelerator drill with targets at 10/15/25. It was ugly, and I realized that I had become over specialized at single target, 7 yard drills.

I've been messing with these at 15 yards too - very fun and challenging. Harder targets is definitely the direction I'd take these to stretch the difficulty.

I shot this in the appropriate way, I didn't mean to fuck it up the first time but it is what it is, interesting effect score wise (running 1 of each in a row vs both strings then moving on). Here's my best of 2 scores, these are raw numbers, but the scoring takes in to account the -.25 modifier for drawing from concealment.
I've noticed from doing this yesterday and today that my "two to the head" is an aberration as it's scoring higher than the other respective strings consistently.

    Shot warmed up.

    BILL 2.94 - dark
    FTS 2.66 - dark
    2TH 2.22 - turbo (barely)
    SBD 3.74 - light (barely)

Here's the recording, shot (gun and camera wise) the correct way, 2 strings at each stage or whatever hah.

Outstanding class this past weekend with Gabe. Many a knowledge bomb indeed!

Ran them with a Gen 3 Glock 34, RMR RM06, Keepers Holster, AIWB, Concealed.

Here are my best 4 runs:

Bill Drill: 2.11 Light level. .11 off Turbo. DOH!

Failure: 1.96 Light level. .26 off Turbo

Two to the Head: 1.88 Turbo level. WOOT!

    4 Body 2 Head: 2.63 Light level. .03 off turbo....DOH!

Will be dissecting Gabe's draw to see if I can pick up that extra time.

Will do a full AAR of the class soon.

    Bill
    2.42 +.25 -.25 = 2.42 Light
    2.49 -.25 = 2.24 Light

    2h
    2.02 +.25 -.25 = 2.02 Light
    1.93 - .25 = 1.68 Turbo

    F2s
    2.05 -.25 = 1.80 Light
    1.97 +.25 -.25 = 1.97 Light

    2b2h
    2.81 -.25 = 2.56 Turbo
    2.76 +.25 -.25 = 2.76 Light

Notes: It’s gratifying to be able to deliver solid results with my G19 even though I’ve been doing almost all my practice with my p320 Production rig. My draws were around 1.3s, so that’s where I need to shave time if I’m going to clock more Turbo runs from concealment.

    Bill
    2.22 -.25: 1.97 T
    2.24 +.5-.25: 2.49 L
    F2s
    1.68 -.25: 1.43 T
    1.92 -.25: 1.67 T
    2H
    1.73 .25 -.25: 1.73 T
    1.80 -.25: 1.55 T
    4B2H
    2.73 .5 -.25: 2.98 L
    2.69 -.25: 2.44 T

    More F2S
    1.92 -.25: 1.67 T
    2.11 -.25: 1.86 L
    1.80 -.25: 1.55 T

Notes: This carry gun is as close to my competition guns as I can get without using a too-light trigger or a gun that I can't conceal well. Significantly better scores than with the G19. The advantage of using a common platform for competition and carry is pretty clear!

Jentra XL guide rod and 15lb spring
    ALG magwell
    Dawson fiber optic sights
    Surefire X300U-B
(this is my every day carry setup)

    JMCK IWB with claw (concealed)

    Bill Drill
    3.01 6A = 2.76 (Dark)
    2.87 5A/1C = 2.87 (Dark)

    2TH
    2.48 1A/1B = 2.48 (Light)
    2.51 2B = 2.76 (Dark)

    FTS
    2.52 3A = 2.27 (Dark)
    2.70 3A = 2.45 (Dark)

    4B2H
    3.47 5A/1C = 3.47 (Light)
    3.31 6A = 3.06 (Light)

Towards the end, I was working the draw/draw to first shot speed a bit harder, and it showed. Need to make that more consistent, and continue working at it regardless of what I'm shooting.
