Swapping in known-good FSB and extractor assemblies from Glock 37 and then taking it to the range.
I've had the same intermittent & unpredictable experience with a couple Glocks in different calibers (a G23 and two G36s).
It always "felt" to me like the gun might be every-so-slightly out-of-battery; not enough to prevent primer ignition, but just enough to make primer hits slightly off center. So far I haven't figured out the reason, as the slides have seemed to be fully forward.

Anyway, FP safety and extractor assemblies swapped between 37 and 39. If the theories hold true, that means the demons are in the big gun now and the little gun should run like a champ.

Well, having switched the FSB and extractor assemblies between the two guns, the 39 is still having light strikes and the 37 is still running like a top.
The 39's problem has persisted through cleaning, degreasing, and replacing every single component except the frame, slide, barrel, slide lock, and slide lock spring.
I'm stumped.
I'll pick a junior forum member to sacrifice to the Glock gods.
