Thread: I need a weird holster

    I need a weird holster

So, my part time job of testing 1911s has resulted in me receiving a Government sized 1911 in .45 ACP with a full length pic rail. I'm planning on putting a TLR on it, and in accordance with the rules of the test protocol actually carrying it, because f*** my lower back anyway.

Which leads me to the issue. I've been carrying in a CCC Shaggy for over a year now with all different kinds of 1911s, but it's not going to work with this gun. I need an AIWB holster that will actually fit this monstrosity, and CCC doesn't have an option for "full length rail light bearing 1911s" (weird, right?). Any homies here who can point me in the right direction, I'd be willing to exchange American Dollars for a holster that fits this bill.

Oh also if you want to check out my shitty youtubes talking about stuff I don't know anything about, here's my dumb channel. www.youtube.com/gunnutsmedia

So, did you ask Tony Meyer if he'd take a whack at this?

Tony would do a great job in kydex, as would Jim Ryan at JRC Holsters but with leather.

I believe that BladeTech and CompTac both offer that

A FIST #1 straight drop works AIWB. Only 45-50 bucks. I would call the order in if you don't find the exact pistol in the web site options.

As someone who did this to "fix" a holster, don't do it on carpeting...

When you say "full length", you mean like TRP sort of full length?
    Books. Bikes. Boomsticks.

I can explain it to you. I can’t understand it for you.

Yep, exactly like that. Isn't that what "full length" means? I guess we are dealing with 1911s here so "full length" could mean literally anything.

I don't know who that is, unless he goes by a nome de holster or something.
