    J frame practice and test

What would a productive practice session for a J frame (Pocket Carry) consist of and what is a good test of skills also from the pocket?

Depends upon what, exactly, the snubby will be... a primary, or a back-up?

It will be both. If it's going to be primary it could also be two J Frames.

I'd practice reloads with speed strips and single/double loading loose rounds until my fingers bled and then spend a whole lot of time mastering the DA until I could at least repeatedly pull off head shots at 15 yards.

Ken's Wizard Drill is a great test to walk onto the range and run cold before anything else, including practice draws, dry snaps, etc. Then start your training session. It's deceptively hard...
