I got funny looks, and some near scorn, from friends when I procured holsters for both sides, and frequently practice both left and right handed (i'm a lefty.) This is precisely why. You never know when you'll need to carry or shoot from the other side.
A nice IWB kydex holster that is convertible from left to right hand is the Versa Clip fom Custom Carry Concepts. Very inexpensive at $28 each. They are open bottomed so one holster will fit any model with the same frame. A Versa Clip for a 9mm Glock accomodates a G26, G19, G17 or G34.
