    Same for FN.

If I remember correctly, some of their SF have used both HK 416s and FN SCAR's.

I'm just curious as to why FN didn't make the cut, especially considering that at one point it was part of the French conglomerate GIAT.

Piston ARs seem to be getting popular outside the USA.

Why don't the French reissue the MAS 49/56 and MAC 50?

For the same reason we don't re-issue the Garand and Grease gun?

Plus didn't the sell all the MAS 49/56 to Century Arms ?

Or at least cut loose some of the MAC 50 magazines. The last one I found cost me $75.

Actually, piston guns are the norm everywhere else. We are actually the ones a bit different.
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.

It seems odd to me that the French would spend so much on a white flag holder.

For some reason my smileys aren't working.

I wish that I'd kept my 49/56. It was a stellar rifle.

Solution in search of a problem. It sounds great on a sales pitch though.
