Steiner P4XI 1-4?

Never knew this scope existed until midway emailed me saying it was on sale. The reviews are saying the dot is aimpoint bright. I know this isn't one of their top tier scopes, but I don't think Steiner makes any "junk" do they? This thing looks awesome, only missing the operator turrets.

Apparently this scope is made in the US, not Germany, and has reportedly suffered from QC issues, at least early models. This is just internet gabble; I have no experience with this scope. Some positive reviews on Midway:

Saw this in person. Good optic with a lot of stuff going for it.

Issue is open turrets. Not a duty or work quality.
