For me it is fundamentals first always. Then practicing those fundamentals till they are part of you. I consider talent last in the ability to shoot well.

I think this is really right on.

It would be interesting to survey a lot of good/great/top shooters and ask about their attitude on the relationship between talent and hard work in their success. I would bet GJM's PF dollar that most would express an attitude very similar to Mr. Kelley.
