Based on the title, my mind immediately went dark, along the lines of getting rope and a wobbly stool from Home Depot.
The actual non-photoshopped image on the toast leaves a bit to be desired, let alone the "Burn the heck out of some spots and leave the rest of the slice mostly untoasted" result.

We bought my then middle schooler one for Christmas a few years ago.
He was in his "everything must be ironic and quirky" phase and he loved it.
Worked well in until his younger brother decided to try a toaster stores "hack" he saw on YouTube.
The Bob Ross toaster was no more...
