My wife and I will be hitting the Moab Brewery when we go there in July for leave.

Has anyone tried any of the beers from these guys? I love beer but can do without the alcohol.

It's a hard thing for this proud Irish-American to say. But as an endurance athlete, alcohol is considered worse than starch dietetically and is one of the things one should cut out first.

I'm still drinking regular beer until I find a decent-tasting NA brew.

Tonight was the penultimate selection from @Lex Luthier , Fair State Coop IPA @ 6.2 ABV

Good. and like the others, light in color, a little hazy, citrusy and hoppy.

To be honest, I've been off the IPA wagon for a little bit before Lex was kind enough to send these my way. I'd gotten kind of ho-hum about being hopped to death and tasting grapefruit with my meals.

The final selection, Hop Dish, (or Hop Dick as @Clusterfrack has named it), will be the last IPA I probably drink for a while as I go back to boring lagers, Pilseners and red / amber ales (which pair with more dishes and ditch the citrus / pine).

Thanks @Lex Luthier for the generosity in sending them my way. I've enjoyed all of them as a respite from my IPA exile.

OK, I’m not sure how I have not happened upon this thread before now. I just sent this picture of my refrigerator to my brother. One of my Covid hobbies has been collecting various forms of beer, since I can’t go out I have extra time for “testing“. I even asked him if he knew of a psychiatrist, because I think I have a problem. It seems I’m going weekly and picking up new varieties. Anyway, here I am to expose yet another addiction.

Admittedly, I may need an intervention.

My brother thought the jars were pickles. Apparently he doesn’t know me as well as I think. They are olives. For martinis, obviously. Anyway, party at my house!
