The Sentinel is a mixed culture saison featuring foraged Doug Fir tips from Oregon’s beloved state tree. The beer was Fermented with White River yeast, Ferment’s house wild yeast strain that Brewmaster Dan Peterson harvested in the forests of Mt. Hood.
