Had an Oskar Blues Ten Fidy on tap the other day, with a side of sliders and root chips. Mmmmmmarvelous.

Was looking forward to a tour (I assumed the Tasty Weasel offered one? ) on a trip to Cashiers in early August but my trip got squashed when our travel companions ran into a family emergency. Fortunately we hadn't paid for the place yet.

Figured that would be a nice place to stop on the way back from taking the ladies to Ashville.
    Another time, I suppose.

    Imperial Stout FTW

My always-available favorite is Old Rasputin, but Port Brewing (local to me) makes a great seasonal imperial stout called Santa’s Little Helper.
