Huh. That is interesting, and not good. I'll check mine.

Lancer AWMs do not seem to let the 2nd round tip up, so that's mostly what I use.

I have been using Pmags loaded and stored with 28 rds for years in the Texas heat and have had no issues,

I have had a few GI mags split during that time due to being dropped on hard surfaces.

Are you willing to elaborate on that?

Black RevM/MOE mags and Gen M3 black or sand from early-mid 2015 are good to go. The previous M3s had serious issues with the 2nd round crossing up and are not suitable for anything IMO.

Do lancers do this, too? I could have sworn some of mine did.

You know, I've got a couple of those that seem nice but they were pricey at the time and I didn't end up with many. Now it looks like they're out of stock everywhere. Did lancer go under or something?

Mine don't. I also like that they aren't super sticky when they are full of suppressor crud.

Even loading just 28 rounds in a PMAG 30, we have problems seating them with the bolt forward in a number of our AR carbines.
Same with my DDM4, doesn't matter what generation. Just got a couple Daniel Defense mags to try out.

I've never used a Lancer. Only every different type of g.i. ever made and Pmags. I have a few mags worth of experince with Tango Down Arc MK2 and they left a favorable impression on me.
