What is this (I know what it claims to be...)? Is it really "firsts" and equivalent to the FBI contract ammo in every way but name, or is this seconds/somehow less desirable? Who the hell was it loaded for? I have the capacity to dig a little bit, and have not personally been able to come up with ANYTHING. It "doesn't exist" according to my sources at Federal LE. This indicates it was likely a SKU made for a 1-time contract type deal or something is my best guess. It's not a commercial SKU, nor is it a standard LE SKU.
