An American(-ish) gun company selling guns to Mexico while Mexico is actively trying to sue American gun companies for issues caused by their own failed state, reeks of chickenshittery. Don't do that deal, SIG.

Probably the only company with an "ethics level" appropriate for the buyer....
Strictly in my uneducated opinion, I feel that if SIG goes forward with this deal in the face of the Mexican government suit, the blowback will make what happened to Springfield Armory or Smith & Wesson look like spilled club soda on the carpet of a close friend.
Consider the principles of a company like, for example, Barrett, and how those principles (right or wrong) as applied toward California enhanced (in my view) their image in the 2A community.
