Since it would be going to a gunsmith for work cant it be shipped directly from and back to you without an FFL to send and receive it?


Edit: Thinking about that, yes, youd save the FFL fees, but they can ship a handgun by mail, which is much cheaper than UPS or FED Ex.

That's the thing, sending it by air each way is expensive as f***. It's cheaper to pay the FFL fees.

But I think I'm going to look around a bit. My M10 has a round butt, so the job that needs to be done is to trim the barrel and mount a front sight.
