Apex and the M&P 45c

Do the Apex 45 DCAEK and Apex aluminum trigger fit and function in the M&P 45c ?

It appears they should based on the description on the Apex website but someone is telling me no ?

Yes; I have the DCAEK IN A 45c, works fine.

It is my understanding the kit is specific to the 45, but will fit the compact. I have the kit in both my FS and C, though with the polymer trigger.
