Try #6-32 3/8 flat head socket cap screw, but take the supplied screws to compare and make sure.

I feel like I would have a better chance finding the correct screw in your dad's garage than I would Home Depot
Have sumdood in hardware direct you. Pretty sure that is exactly what you need. With the old screws in hand it should be pretty easy. If not I will check my dad's bins.
