    Questions about dry fire practice

First of all, thanks for this site - it's outstanding! I've just started doing some dry fire practice, and had a couple of questions. First, what does 'TRB' and 'LRW' mean (when referring to malfunction/clearing practice? Second, if practicing Wall Drill with a flashlight, won't turning on my my 140 lumen light a couple of inches away from the wall blind me temporarily? Am I not supposed to be very close to wall when using flashlight?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Stage 2 malfunction clearance if TRB don't solve your problem.

LRW = Lock, Rip, Work - to be followed by Reload and Re-engage

You shouldn't activate your flashlight while doing the wall drill. If you have a DG switch, or similar, deactivate the light before beginning the drill.
