    Not too long ago, they had those commercials where Priuses were racing other cars and winning. I think the point was they go longer on a tank of gas, but that’s not what they were showing. Ironically, during that time, one pulled along side me at a light, with obvious intentions of having a go at it. I was in a Corvette. I’ll leave the ending to your imagination.

    Probably, but it seems a lot of the wheel locking "business" overseas is quasi-legal to begin with.
