Human beings only started being able to digest milk about 20,000 years ago. As I explained to my wife, who can't digest milk, if you are lactose intolerant, you are simply less evolved than the rest of us.

Well if you’re lactose intolerant, you can’t drink milk. Ergo, almond milk is not milk.
