I always thought whisky’s spelling was dependent on where it was made. Scotch whiskey, Irish whiskey, Tennessee bourbon. I have favorites of the all. Blended and single malts. The famous grouse, dalwhinnie, blanton’s, weller. Now that I’m listing my favorites I realized that Irish whiskey didnt make the go to list. So it’s WHISKY and BOURBON. I should have never questioned Blues. Jameson is on the list but at the bottom and for company that don’t appreciate good whisky. Right next to Jim beam for those that mix their whisky
