There used to be a mobile bar in an old ice cream truck in Douglas, AZ. The guy owned two of them. He told me he figured out the liquor license laws required certain things for the business, but never actually specified it had to be a fixed building and his trucks met the criteria. He bought two before "they" figured it out and closed the loophole, but he was grandfathered in. That was in the late 90s, no idea if he's still operational.I can haz?
