I miss those!

I'd love to find a recipe so I can make them at home, but I haven't found one yet (haven't looked in a while either).

We tried making them at home with CoW not long after they dropped off the menu...
Might need to try again..

We managed to get the texture right, but, there's "special something" (flavor) in the regular pancake batter that we can't seem to replicate at home. Vanilla is definitely required in the recipe...

Yeah, I would think so but I remember the griddle cakes having considerable texture. I bought some CoW and will give it a try this weekend.
