And if you can't fry it (greens, beans, etc), you cook it with ham or pork fat (fatback, lard, bacon grease...what you don't keep that?).My dad fried everything. Fish, okra, squash, you name it. Y'all sho nuff know how to eat down south.

If they can invent and perfect frying ice cream, frying candy bars, and sticks of butter, then it won't take too much longer for them to come up with frying the greens, beans, etc.
