I decided to go to law school just after I turned 40. I thought it was a good idea to take a LSAT prep class, which I did. The first day, I arrived a little early and stood around on the sidewalk with a bunch of other people, all of whom were also waiting to get into the building. I asked a woman who appeared to be a little younger than me if she was also talking the LSAT course. She said no, she was taking the MCAT course. I expressed amazement that there was a prep course for getting into the Marine Corps. She looked at me as if I was either crazy or a little dim, then she explained that it was the Medical College Admission Test that she was studying for.
If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.
