Ok, now I get the Austrian town name. The band name? There are so many that could be funny when paired with it on a sign. BNL. The Birds. Cream. Dixie Chicks. Shoot, put that place name over just about any band name and it’s probably mildly funny.
Yep, the panhandle. Named for a local Cattleman and not the Union general whose enthusiastic morale-building parties gave working girls the "hooker" nickname.
