I'll give this to the Bills (at least the 2000-2010 Bills; I haven't watched NFL in a few years now): they usually found creative ways to lose. It wasn't just 3-and-outs and a wide-open defense... they'd do things like take it down to the 10 and fumble, or gain some momentum, start connecting on passes then throw a monumental interception run back for a TD. As disappointing and painful as it was, the games were entertaining to watch.
And at least as a Bills fan I have the Browns to point and laugh at.
