One of my next door neighbors is from Manchester - the one in England. Every Fourth of July, he knocks on my door and in a very loud voice reads me Her Majesty's Riot Act. Therefore, any unlawful gathering must disperse.

So I invite him in for a glass of whisky, or Scotch as we refer to it here in The Colonies. We both shake hands, and assure each other there's no hard feelings about that unpleasantness back in the late 1700's.

A couple of years back I asked him why he no longer lives in England. "Because I have balls" was his answer.

Not seeking empirical data, I took him at his word. Nice lad, he fits in here. We just don't let him cook at neighborhood gatherings.

The guy who owns Tac Pro Shooting west of Ft.Worth is from the UK. I could see him having a similar attitude.
