I PCS'd back in 2012 as a DOD civilian and it was a cluster fuck and a nightmare. The lady at the station I was leaving explained doing a self-move and when I got to my new location I got the run around by everyone there and here for a few weeks and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I told her what I was doing before I left but the bitch never filed a cost benefit analysis or whatever it's called and I got fucked out of the money I was supposed to get for moving myself. Not to mention all the bullshit with the government travel card and the whole thing with the receipt from U-haul.

my biggest problem is my preferred FFL has flat out told me that if one shows up at his shop, regardless of who it's for, it'll get sent back. I *think* he's joking... maybe...
