I’ve only seen the picture, don’t have a copy, but a police officer I know responded to a call where someone hacked one of the portable roadside message signs. The picture was him, in uniform, grinning like an idiot and standing in front of a giant glowing sign that said “I FUCKED YOUR MOTHER.”
