What do you mean? I'm not sure about the Dutch pronunciation. But the German pronunciation is right, it's how people pronounce the name, here.

For my German ears, the English word "cock" and the German word "Koch" sound very differently. And it's not "coke", too. But as far as I remember, HK stated, the English pronunciation is "coke".

Just measured it: I live only 40 miles away from Goch, Vincent was born 60 miles away from Goch. Goch is a German city at the Dutch border. Vincent was born near Zeeland, which consists of beautiful peninsulas. I was camping there, this is how beautiful it looks:
