When I was running the protection detail at USSOCOM, we had one Army NCO who was OCD. Not off the charts, but things had to be organized or he'd get twitchy. For some reason, prior to my arrival, the team adopted the SOP of taking their "duty" ammo out of the cardboard factory boxes and loading it into translucent plastic boxes - allegedly it traveled better that way. This drove a quarterly reloading of boxes - we'd shoot up the "old" duty ammo on a range day, and then replenish the "duty" boxes.
Whenever our OCD SFC was involved in the process, someone would invariably load one or two rounds out of 50 with the JHP up, instead of the primer, then close the box and put it in the safe. He was usually pretty cool about it, but, when all the boxes were in the safe, he'd go through, pull them all, and "right" all the upside down rounds.

I'm not nearly as bad about that kind of stuff as I once was...ordering and aligning things, lining up books on the shelf, etc.
Now I mostly just kick the dust under the rug.
Some stuff, though, is hard to change.
