There might be a genius of advertising who just trolled an entire state out of almost half a million dollars involved in this.
But, there’s probably better odds that the ad-agency was told what the slogan would be by someone from the South Dakota .gov and after a helpful suggestion or two was ignored by whoever was in charge of this program they just chuckled to themselves and went to work on one of the best jokes ever.
