That is a problem with time travel, which isn't really pointed out. Go back in time, and you are in space as Earth went away and rotated.

You’re proposing that if I jump forward in time an hour, I’d end up in Missouri because the earth rotated during the hour I was “gone”. Never mind that I may also end up in space or buried in the middle of the planet as earth hurtles through space.
This is hand-waved in some literature by just explaining that whatever device you use processes enough info to reinsert you at the same relative position everywhere, all the time. So if I teleport out of my back yard, I’m reinserted where my back was (or where it will be, depending on which way you go). Kind of like latitude/longitude, on a (multi)universal quantum scale.
