We wish to thank the United Network Command for Law and Enforcement, without whose assistance this program would not have been possible.

Is that real? I have the one for the Titanic (picked it up in London nearly 7 years ago).

Lol I suspect not. Although being a UK institution, I’d expect a Haynes manual for the British MBT to be fairly accurate.

Haynes has a whole series, including one for the M1 Abrams, RAF Bomber Command and others!

I should probably explain the joke: In the UK, many/most aging cars are maintained, shade-tree style, using reference to the popular "Haynes" Manual. This includes your basic Ford Cotina, Mini, Austin Allegro and the like, all the way through to modern times.

Haynes publishes "actual" spoof Haynes manuals on a variety of subjects; including Baby's for expectant fathers:

    https://www.amazon.com/Haynes-Explai...es+manual+baby

"Haynes Explains Babies: Production and delivery - Oil changes - Identifying leaks - Emission control (Owners' Workshop Manual)"

    It's a bit of a British institution.

The Haynes Motor Museum in Sparkford is worth a trip, by the way!

And if you are in Somerset for the day, the FAA Museum is first class:
